MICROSOFT PRIDE 24
IF AWARD (Microsoft Pride Campaign in 2024 | Integrated campaign / Educational)
For three consecutive years, Sterling has been partnering with Microsoft to create a distinctive visual language for Pride. Inspired by the many flags of the LGBTQI+ community, the campaign looks to support employees and people from the community in sharing their stories by promoting messages of intersectionality and unity.
To amplify the inclusivity of the campaign, we’ve created digital touchpoints in 20+ languages, and designed merchandise such as the Pride Xbox controller and Surface skins. We’ve partnered with the Microsoft team to create simple to use assets and guidelines for teams around the globe.

Branding.
Objective: Develop a brand identity that reflects the impact that this ground-breaking partnership will have in the marketplace. The aim is to achieve a look and feel that is sophisticated and authoritative, but fresh and modern.
We crafted a bold, sophisticated brand for Shinder Cantor Lerner LLP (SCL), a firm founded on determination and a drive to create meaningful change in antitrust law. Partnering closely with the three founding lawyers, we translated their ambitious vision into a brand identity that reflects their integrity, expertise, and unwavering commitment to progress.
This clarity of purpose shaped every element—from their website to key messaging and visual identity—ensuring the firm launched with authority, sophistication, and a fresh, modern edge. The result is a brand that not only commands respect but also reinforces the firm’s mission to deliver impactful results in a rapidly evolving legal landscape.

To launch Intel’s new brand identity system, we created a printed and digital showpiece, highlighting the amazing true-life stories made possible by Intel technology. Part inspiration, part tactical tool, the Brand Book sets a new standard for what Intel looks, feels, and sounds like.

#Pride is in the simplest things. Access to healthcare. Having a family. Feeling safe. Simply existing.
At a time, when some are trying to roll-back progress and limit LGBTQIA+ rights, we felt compelled to share what's it all about and unapologetically invite everyone to expand and make more Pride.
Stories. Open-source design. Products. Donations. Commitments. There's soooooo much to Microsoft Pride.

”We’ve updated our brand to better reflect this focus. The transformation and growth students experience on our trips is now represented in our logo, which can be interpreted as a series of open books, symbolizing learning and ever-evolving growth, and as soaring birds, our students—testing their independence and reaching new heights.”

The processor, Intel’s core offering, is the head and heart of consumer and enterprise computing, yet, in our daily experience with devices, the processor is entirely invisible.
As the defining characteristic, Kinetic Imagery communicate concept of “movement.” All of the KI capture this idea of “movement” in an energetic, fluid way that aligns with the Intel brand and highlights an expression of the power and performance of Intel products and the experiences those products enable.

The next great industrial revolution — Industry 4.0 — is here. IoT and smart devices are automating operational processes out of human hands and necessitating reinvention for the companies that depend on a manual approach. We’re trusted by SMBs and Fortune 100 members at every corner of the map to provide a depth of closed container knowledge many never knew they needed.
